Semi-Automatic Soda Water/Drinks/ Cocacola/ Beer Bottle Capper

This machine is an semi-automatic sealing machine with single capping head, the bottles are loaded and unloaded automatically.
It uses four wheels balance principle to generate uniform force on the wheels to achieve good sealing quality.
1. There is the buffer device on the adjusting holder, which can guarantee the bottle broken phenomenon no happening.
2. Bottleneck can be automatic station keeping, and capping wheel is to receive strength evenly, so the capping result is very good.
3. The machine adopts symmetrical four-side sealing system which can create the even power on each side of the cap;
4. The machine press the cap firstly then turn the tread which can give a better sealing to the bottles.
5. By replacing the capping head also makes it possible for tightening plastic caps. Different sealing tightness requirements can be adjusted according to the 
materials of the caps.
6. Stainless steel material, food grade, make the clean surface and a durable life.
7. End socket is high pressure, so capping is never leaking.
8. This machine works stably, and the working noise is very snall.
